On Tuesday, 4 March 2025, Prof. Bégon-Lours will give her inaugural lecture on “Neuromorphic Electronics with Oxide: from Materials to AI hardware”. The lecture is public and will start at on Tuesday March 4, at 17:15 in ETH AudiMax.
2 new PhD students joining NEO group on ViTFOX and SwissChips projects
We are pleased to welcome Alexander Flasby and Nathan Savoia to the Neuromorphic Electronics with Oxide group. Alexander and Nathan will contribute to the research on ferroelectric synaptic weights for analog AI hardware. Welcome !

MSc defense Yanming Zhang (D-MATL)
On 10.12.2024 Yanming Zhang defended his MSc thesis entitled "Neuromorphic Devices Based on Ferroelectric and Mott Oxides" and co-supervised by Prof. Bégon-Lours and Prof. Nicola Spaldin from the Departement of Materials. Thank you for your great work Yanming ! The thesis is available upon request.
